The main menu consists of quality wines and selected baked dishes prepared with great love and skill by Tudor Aghenie’s family, which captivates the taste buds and indulges the senses. Here every ingredient is locally sourced and the cooking method can be traced, all dishes are prepared in a wood oven and open fire. The menu presents old recipes, carefully integrated and adapted so as not to forget the origins.
